Unforgettable Berlin Tour: History and Statues

For me, Berlin is an alt city – so much to see, so much to explore. Every statue, every monument is worth discovering, and behind each lies a history that can spark your curiosity. I joined a free Berlin walking tour led by an Austrian expat, and he knew so much about the city and its past that it made the experience truly unforgettable. Exploring Berlin’s Street Art

I have always been fascinated by graffiti, murals, and street art. And Berlin is no different. Before my journey to Germany, I had clear plans in my mind to explore Berlin’s famous graffiti, which one can find in almost every nook and corner of the city. Some of them are eye-catching, while others are disappointing, but they are vibrant. I randomly snapped a lot of graffiti, while exploring the city on foot. Several neighborhoods in Berlin are worth exploring for their street art, including Friedrichshain, Mitte, and Kreuzberg. Some of the best-known locations for street art and graffiti in Berlin include the Raw Gelände in Friedrichshain, the East Side Gallery, and the Urban Nation Museum. A lot of street artists use their work to express their views on social and political issues. Unfortunately, I could not explore the city fully due to a lack of time.
