When I Felt Hungry In Romania

And my Romania journey continues. Before a short trip to Lake Sfânta Ana, I told my good friend Lajos Berde that I am feeling hungry. And he promised to take me to a good restaurant 🙂  And he fulfilled his promise. 🙂 Welcome to Szekler Rest House  !

Situated at Băile Tușnad, a town famous for its spas and mineral waters therapies, the Rest House is basically a Hungarian rest house-cum-restaurant.

Delicious food, refreshing drinks and peaceful ambiance just made my day. The following images may give you an idea what a wonderful time I had being there.

A local drink called Szilvapalinka. Alcohol content was more than 40% and it took me to heaven instantly 🙂
