Gokarna is a spiritual town located on the picturesque western coast of Karnataka. I, too, came to this charming town to unwind and enjoy some quality time amidst its serene and soulful ambiance. Thanks to its laid-back lifestyle and peaceful vibe, this town stole my heart. Make sure to visit all the ancient temples here as they are worth it. Most of the beaches are clean. This place offers everything from high-end hotels to hostels for every kind of tourist.

Gokarna is close to South Goa. So it is advisable to start your trip from South Goa.

How did I reach Gokarna? As I was staying in Agonda, I took a bus from Cancona bus station to Karwar. From Karwar, I took another bus to Ankola. Again, I took another bus to Gokarna. It took me approximately 2 hours to reach Gokarna from Cancona.
